Essential  Information

Please enrol early to avoid disappointment.  Numbers are limited and places will be allocated according to date of receipt. Classes which do not reach a viable number one week before the start date will be cancelled.

All classes will be held in the Dalhousie Building, Old Hawkhill on the university campus. A list of classes and room numbers will be available at the entrance to the Dalhousie Building and, on the first evening of your class, a representative from Lifelong Learning Dundee will be in the Reception area at the Dalhousie to welcome you.

Daytime parking facilities around the University are strictly limited. There is public parking behind DCA. In the evening, the public car park beside the Dalhousie Building is free after 6.00pm.

All classrooms used by Lifelong Learning at the Dalhousie Building have step-free access.

Lifelong Learning Dundee reserves the right to cancel a class if enrolments are too few to run the class effectively.  In those circumstances you may be offered an alternative class and, if not acceptable, your fee will be fully refunded.

If a class is unavoidably cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our utmost to contact you. Please ensure we have contact details for you during the day and evening. A mobile phone number is preferred, or an email address if you can receive emails ‘on the move’.

A refund will only be given if a class is oversubscribed or cancelled due to insufficient interest.  Refunds for other reasons will be at the sole discretion of the Management Committee and will be made only in exceptional circumstances

It is important to retain receipts as proof of enrolment.
